The show opened with a glittering white carousel(yes, beautiful I know) that carried his models onto a circular runway. “It’s my biggest set,” designer Marc Jacobs told Vogue after the show. “I could have never done this anywhere else. Very magical, it’s like a magic box: very Paris.”
The collection itself fully encompassed the image of wonderland. Large puff skirts, small tailored jackets and high-cut shorts all created a dreamy world of funfair fantasy. Whites and silver were the signature colours but these were injected with candy floss pinks, butter yellows and dolly blues.
Miss Kate Moss closed the show with feathers and flowers in utter beauty. “It was like a big fashion wedding cake with all those clean, pale colours,” said British Vogue editor Alexandra Shulman. “Really beautiful.”
P.S. Beautiful is said so much in this post ,but really there is no other word to explain it. Maby enchanting would do.
